Why We Need Imagination, Creativity and Innovation: (ICI) in a Test-Driven World
OKLAHOMA CITY (December 9th)— This Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 5-6 PM, Scott Noppe-Brandon, author of Imagination First and former Director of the Lincoln Center Institute, will share his education expertise in a speaking session at the Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library Auditorium, in Oklahoma City.
Can ICI coexist in high stakes educational, social and financial settings that require testing and quantitative measurements? This talk will explore the “why, how, and what” of this question and look at the current state of education across the land and globe. We will explore whether we are better off thinking outside or inside the box as we strive to find an answer that may be neither linear nor straightforward.”
