stovepipes-and-silos-1

I know that many of you stayed up into the wee hours of the morning to see who won and what today would look like with the announcement of a new president.  No matter what the result, many people were sad while others were relieved.  I am here to tell you that in the big scheme of your life only one thing matters…Creativity, Creativity Matters!

Companies succeed and fail everyday and it’s not necessarily because of government.  More times than not it is due to a lack of innovation, an unwillingness to change or just poor management.  What is your company, organization or state doing to be innovative?  How are you addressing your challenges?  Are you pulling the same group of people into the same room to look at the same problem and leaving with no solution?  You realize that this process defines insanity.  What if there was a better way to solve the problem?  A path to unique ideas, solutions and an action plan.  Would you give it a shot?  Can your organization be inclusive and consider all ideas?  If not, you are doomed to failure.

So, what is this secret recipe, the elixir that will cure all that ails you ….The Creative Problem solving process.  We are using it today in our creative communities and the results are amazing.  Communities are defining challenges they didn’t even know they had.  They are coming together around an inclusive ideation process which aligns high impact quick wins with a strategy to ensure success.

Here are the keys to the kingdom and the ultimate process to help develop solutions for all of your company’s most difficult challenges:
