Creative Oklahoma Expands Board of Directors with Three Distinguished Leaders

OKLAHOMA CITY (March 13, 2025)– Creative Oklahoma is proud to announce the addition of three esteemed professionals to its Board of Directors: Victor Flores, Dan Martel, and Amber Shelton. Each brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to creativity in their respective fields, further strengthening the organization’s mission to cultivate and champion creative thinking across Oklahoma.

Victor Flores is the principal of REDW Advisors & CPAs and the president of the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium. His expertise in financial strategy and economic development, particularly in tribal communities, enhances Creative Oklahoma’s ability to foster innovation in diverse sectors.

Dan Martel serves as the director of Communications at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, where he leads strategic storytelling and engagement efforts. His background as a creative in marketing, communications and public relations will help expand Creative Oklahoma’s impact and visibility.

Amber Shelton is the Director of Scholarships and The Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma at the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma. With a deep passion for education and philanthropy, she brings valuable insights into advancing opportunities that empower creative minds across the state.

Creative Oklahoma is managed by a statewide board of directors, led by Board Chair Cindy Friedemann with Public Strategies; Vice Chair Lance McDaniel, McDaniel Entertainment; Secretary and In-Coming Chair Justin Hazzard, OSU Foundation; Treasurer Mike Knopp, RiverSport Foundation; and Past Chair Jane Jenkins, Jane Jenkins Resources. Additional board members include Ken Busby, Bart Conner, Robyn Elliott, Johnna Kirschner, Chip Oppenheim, Mark Parker, Jay Shanker, and Tommy Yi.
